How we work

Stage 1 - free of charge

• an initial 1 to 2 hour meeting with you to determine high level requirements
• ½ day initial assessment workshop
• 1 day fact find followed by an initial assessment report with suggested actions for discussion

Stage 2 - this can be carried out at an agreed man day rate or on a fixed cost basis to align with your business budget

• Conduct more detailed analysis if required
• Create a detailed action plan with agreed results and timescales
• Implement the plan!

Your commitment - we know your time is valuable so we will keep this to the minimum possible. However, we will need:

• Your time and that of key staff in stage 1
• Access to any existing documentation, procedures, client documents etc
