January - April 2010. Worked with Cofunds risk management team to select risk management software for use across their entire business. Successfully completed proof of concept and acceptance testing leading to formal acquisition of the accelerate risk management system.

January 2008- July 2009. We worked with the management team at Cofunds Ltd, one of the UK's leading fund supermarkets, to help them establish a Quality Assurance Department within their Retail Operations division.

This included updating corporate policies for Board approval, documenting procedures, process improvement, staff development action plans and FSA arrow visit preparation.
