November 2010 - March 2011 Working in conjunction with The Change Management Partnership we successfully completed an assignment for the head of finance at Jupiter Investment Management to select and manage proof of concept for a budget management, forecasting and reporting system. As part of the assignment we also assisted Jupiter in finding a suitable partner to install and roll out the selected software.

April - October 2010 Operational and customer servicing change project for Legal & General.

January - April 2010. Worked with Cofunds risk management team to select risk management software for use across their entire business. Successfully completed proof of concept and acceptance testing leading to formal acquisition of the accelerate risk management system.

January 2008- July 2009. We worked with the management team at Cofunds Ltd, one of the UK's leading fund supermarkets, to help them establish a Quality Assurance Department within their Retail Operations division.

This included updating corporate policies for Board approval, documenting procedures, process improvement, staff development action plans and FSA arrow visit preparation.
